Men’s, women’s soccer teams on road; volleyball at home

The Barton Community College men’s soccer team has already put up a couple of wins, but that was in preseason games.
Now the real test begins.
Today at 4 p.m., the Cougars challenge Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa on the road.
“We’ve had two preseason games,” head coach Aaron Avila said. “We played better in Game 2, but I really don’t know what to expect.
“Northern Oklahoma is a great team, so it should be a good test to see where we’re at.”
Barton defeated Sterling 1-0 to open the preseason, and Tabor College 2-0.
