Great Bend Fire Department Firefighters made five ambulance runs Friday, five Saturday and three Sunday. At 10:17 a.m. Friday they responded to a field fire at 200 South Washington, and at 8:16 p.m. they checked out a smoke smell at 101 Hickory St. There were two false alarms on Friday.
