Cradles & Crayons, an umbrella organization comprising several other groups, hosted a Chamber Coffee Hour Thursday morning in the Pawnee County Courthouse Lounge. The C&C Interagency Coordinating Council, explained by speakers and a brochure, consists of programs serving children from birth to age five and their families.
