Wilson State Park will be taking campsite reservations for the 2011 camping season beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 3, Reservations done on January 3rd will be by a lottery drawing. Everyone present at the first drawing will be given a munbered ticket; customers will then be taken in order by the number of their ticket. Special Santa tickets are for sale at Landmark National Bank to benefit Blayze Bahe who was injured in a motorcycle accident on Nov 20, 2009. His left foot was amputated as a result of the accident. The Santa was created by Rochelle Van Scyoc, a friend of the family. Tickets are $1 for one or $5 for six. The drawing will be held on Dec. 20.
The 12th Annual Christmas Day Dinner will be held at St. Michaels Parish Hall, 10th and Lincoln, in LaCrosse. A traditional homemade Christmas meal will be served.
