‘TIS THE SEASON

This year's theme for Great Bend's Home for the Holiday's Christmas Parade is "Let it Snow." The parade is just one of more than a dozen activities taking place this Saturday. Here is the schedule of events:

Barton Baseball schedule change for Saturday

Kenneth L. "Kenny" Blair, 83, passed away on Friday morning, April 24, 2015, at Almost Home Inc. in Great Bend. Born Sept. 4, 1931, in Braggs, Oklahoma, he was the son of Riley and Mary Belle (McMillan) Blair. In 1949, he came to Great Bend. On Jan. 21, 1951, he was united in marriage to Garnetta E. Queen in Great Bend.
