Also present were: City Attorney Bob Suelter, City Clerk Patricia Schmidt, Robert Gunder, Richard Hayes, Mel Waite, Tyler Allison, Toby Holmes, Julie Smith, CiJi Folk and Dawnya Hickel. Guns Get Off Again
