HUTCHINSON - Beach J. "Jeff" O'Neal, 71, died Nov. 7 at Hospice House in Hutchinson. Born Aug. 19, 1942, in Nevada, Mo., he was the son of Jefferson and Tressa Opperman O'Neal.
