The Barton County Sheriff's Office has released the name of a 37-year-old man who died last week at the Barton County Detention Facility.
Barton County Sheriff Brian Bellendir said a pursuit Wednesday evening in Great Bend started after a deputy saw motorist run a red light.
The 2015 Great Bend Farm and Ranch Expo will be held Wednesday through Friday, April 8, 9, and 10, 2015 in Great Bend. The show is located at the Expo Complex west of town. The show hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on the 8th, 9 a.m.- 7 p.m. on the 9th and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on the 10th with extended hours on Thursday.
