HOLYROOD - Ben Walter Turner, 84, died Dec. 10 at Holyrood. Born Oct. 1, 1926, in Pawhuska, Okla., he was the son of Harold Clifford and Rachel Irene (McNatt) Turner. Nadine Christiansen, 83, of Great Bend, died Dec. 12 at Great Bend Regional Hospital. She was born Jan. 5, 1927, in Barton County, the daughter of Virgil and Lucille (Newkirk) Amerine. She married Gerald J. Christiansen July 14, 1946, at Great Bend. A lifetime Great Bend resident, she was a homemaker.
