A free Stop 'N Learn program titled "Spring Flowers" will be offered at noon Wednesday at the Great Bend Activity Center, 2715 18th St. Jerry Esfeld will talk about a variety of perennials and annuals available to plant in flower gardens this year. ​Softball, baseball rules on agenda

The Great Bend Recreation Commission board will continue its discussion on youth baseball and softball rules Monday. The board will meet at 4 p.m. at the Carl Soden Recreation Center, 1214 Stone St. It is expected to vote on any rule changes for this summer's ball teams.
