Barton Community College art instructor Steve Dudek received the Kansas Watercolor Society Members Patron Purchase Award in the Kansas Watercolor Society National Exhibition 2010 for his watercolor painting titled "Christina's Koi." Barton Community College vocal and instrumental music groups will perform their holiday concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, in the college's Fine Arts Auditorium for the taping of "Holiday on the Hill" by Smoky Hills Public Television. Bison Methodist Church Annual Thanksgiving Dinner
Bison Methodist Church will hold their Annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 25 at West 1st and Ash in Bison. The meal will be a traditional home-cooked dinner. Rollover victim's condition critical
The rural Russell man involved in a rollover accident on Tuesday was listed in critical condition, a spokesman for Via Christi Medical Center's St. Francis Hospital said Wednesday.
