A responsible financial institution would not extend a new loan of between $17 and $40 billion to a borrower already struggling to pay back an existing multi-billion dollar loan. Yet that is just what the International Monetary Fund (IMF) did last month when it extended a new loan to the government of Ukraine. The 2015 Great Bend Farm and Ranch Expo will be held Wednesday through Friday, April 8, 9, and 10, 2015 in Great Bend. The show is located at the Expo Complex west of town. The show hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on the 8th, 9 a.m.- 7 p.m. on the 9th and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on the 10th with extended hours on Thursday.
