BCC trustees will discuss future property acquisition

The Barton Community College Board of Trustees will be talking about property acquisition during a special meeting on Thursday afternoon. The preliminary discussion on real estate is being held in executive session to protect the public interest in obtaining a fair price. Changing the date of the board's January business meeting is also on the agenda.

Seventh-day Adventists celebrate grand opening, consecration service

The Seventh-day Adventist congregation is celebrating the grand opening of its newly constructed sanctuary located at the corner of 10th Street and SW 30th Ave. (one mile west of 10th and Patton Road) this Saturday, Jan. 5.
