ODIN - Joseph F. Hekele, 80, died Aug. 23, 2012 at Golden Living Center, Wilson. He was born March 14, 1922 at Odin, the son of Joseph Alois and Anna Agnes (Seus) Hekele. He married Martha Moeder, Oct. 25, 1950 at Hoisington. She died October 11, 1988. He was owner of Hekele and Son's milk hauling business and co-owner of the former Hoisington Cheese Plant. He was a lifetime Odin resident. Joseph during World War II as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Post 2630 ...
