She was raised on the family farm northwest of Pawnee Rock, and attended Pawnee Rock Schools, graduating in 1970. Rhonda lived in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. for the past 15 years and was owner/operator of Vintage Vaults Wine Storage, a company she created and incorporated with her interior decorating talents. Jack Bailey and LaDean Cooley were united in marriage on Oct. 25, 1961 at the Christian Church in Cunningham. The couple celebrated in July with a family trip to Kansas City. They have three children, Ron and Nancy Bailey of Franklin, Ind., Aleisha and Tom Bragg of Gordon, Neb., and Wendy and Mike Howe of Castle Rock, Colo.; and eight grandchildren.

TOPEKA – The State of Kansas will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review three recent Kansas Supreme Court decisions that overturned death sentences imposed on two convicted murderers in Wichita and one in Great Bend, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said today.
