Great Bend Middle School Band concerts

The Great Bend Middle School Band Department will be presenting three programs during the week of Feb. 25th. At 7 p.m. on Monday Feb. 25, the 7th grade band members will be performing a variety of solos and group instrumental ensembles. On the same date, at 8 p.m ., 8th grade band students will perform their solos and group ensembles. Both performances will be in the Music Room at Great Bend Middle School. The public is invited to attend.

Since the approval of the Community Orchard, I have been spending time researching and planning how to start the process. We decided on a date to get our young trees into the ground, so to celebrate, I thought I would share with you ten rules for planting trees.
