Russell man injured in motorcycle pursuit

A 43-year-old Russell man was injured after wrecking a motorcycle while fleeing police at 2 a.m. Saturday. Jeffrey Carl Searles was taken to a hospital in Wichita. A Via Christi Health spokesman said he remained in critical condition Saturday afternoon.
