Driver injured after semi-trailer carrying hay bales rolls in Russell County

Larry Robert Bates, 60, from Rogers, Texas, was injured when his semi-trailer went off a Russell County road at 11:10 a.m. Friday. MINNESOTT BEACH, N.C. - Judy Mershon Huber Wolfenbarger, 77, of Minnesott Beach, N.C., passed away June 4.
