Alberta Ledesma celebrated her 80th birthday with a reception/dinner on April 7 in Hoisington. Hosts for the event were her son Herman and wife Nancy and her sister, Gina Zamarripa, all of Great Bend.
League of Women Voters of Great Bend will hold the monthly meeting on Tuesday at at Montana Mike's in the north room. Lunch will be from the menu and can be their "quick serve" menu.
