Randall Tousley carries a ladder in the Shafer Art Gallery, Wednesday at Barton Community College. Tousley was hanging lighting for the BCC Student Juried Exhibit. The opening reception for this exhibit will be from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, April 21. There will be refreshments and juror's talk by Fort Hays State University Art Instructor Linda Ganstrom. The exhibit will run through May 8.

​Incoming weather postpones Walk a Mile

Due to inclement weather rolling in, organizers of the Walk A Mile In Her Shoes event have rescheduled it from this week to until NEXT Thursday, April 25 from 6-8 p.m. in the Barton County courthouse square. The walk, during which men wear red stiletto-healed shoes, is a fundraiser for the Family Crisis Center.
