Trustees will learn about a proposal to add a $4 million dormitory, funded by student housing revenue.

GILLETTE, Wyo. - Gayle Ann Bell, 58, died Sept. 2nd. Born Oct. 9, 1958 in Hoisington, she was the daughter of Gale and Shirley Juby. Her family moved from Perry, Okla., to Gillette in 1972. She graduated from Campbell County High School in 1976. On Oct. 22, 1977, she married Rick Bell.

RUSSELL - W. "Fritz" Waymaster, 87, died on April 12, 2015, at the Russell Regional Hospital. Born on July 30, 1927, in rural Bunker Hill, he was the son of David J. and Anna E. (Steinle) Waymaster. He grew up in the Bunker Hill area and started school there as well. Later he moved and finished his basic education in Russell and graduated from Russell High School in 1945.
HUTCHINSON - Marilyn K. Rivers, 74, died April 12, 2015, at Dillon Living Center. She was born June 19, 1940, in Norton, the daughter of John and Addie Sheets Rivers. She was a 1959 graduate of Great Bend High School. A resident of Hutchinson since 1960, she worked retail for her parents at Rivers Shoe Store.
WOODWARD, Okla. - Carole Willcut, 78-year-old Woodward, Okla., resident, died Saturday, April 11, 2015, in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at the Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Gregory Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

SALINA- A perfect conference season is in the books. The Barton Community College women's golf team made it 6-for-6 in winning Jayhawk Conference tournaments this season. The final leg was completed with another easy win at the Salina Municipal Golf Course Monday and Tuesday.
