Woman charged in death of Mo. psychiatrist after Great Bend meeting

GLADSTONE, Mo. - A Texas woman accused in the shooting death of a psychiatrist in suburban Kansas City, Mo., Friday was taken into custody in Kansas. The shooting occurred after the alleged shooter and her husband of Lyons underwent a marriage counseling session in Great Bend with the dead woman with whom the husband was said to be having an affair.

Barbara Robinson, Marge McGee and Dyan Suppes of CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. (CPI) have recently passed all of the required exams to attain their TGPC (Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant) designation through ASPPA (American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries). These exams include the Tax-Exempt Governmental Plan Administration & Plan Consultant (TGPC-1 & TGPC-2) exams. Robinson started at CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. New Chamber board member recognized

Accountant William Nussser, right, was introduced as a new Larned Chamber of Commerce board member who will serve as Chamber treasurer. Nusser works for Simmons & Simmons, Inc.. "I'm excited to start as the Chamber treasurer and be a member of the Chamber board," he said. Also joining the Chamber of Commerce board is Kyle Beckwith, funeral director and owner of Beckwith Mortuary and Beckwith Funeral Home. Matt Heyn, Pawnee Valley Community Hospital administrator, was recognized by Holman as a new board member for the Pawnee County Economic Development Commission.
