Michael Miller and Kristen Cook announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Mickey and Lanise Cook of Abilene and Tim and Kathy Miller of Great Bend. The Timken Hill Bar and Grill will celebrate their 5th anniversary by hosting the annual car show "Hot Rods on the Hill" from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 22. Any make, model and year of vehicles are welcome, with free entry and awards. Food and drinks will be served all day.
