Lyons one of KDHE Green School Grant recipients

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment's Bureau of Waste Management has awarded grants in the amount of $68,702 to twenty six Kansas schools from districts across the state. Sixth grade band concert

The Great Bend district-wide sixth-grade band concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. on April 18, in the Great Bend High School gym. Elementary band members from Eisenhower, Jefferson, Lincoln, Park, Riley, Central Kansas Christian Academy and Holy Family School will participate in the program. The program will feature a variety of elementary band selections. Special pre-concert music will be provided by the Great Bend High School Jazz Band. The concert is free and open to the public.
