Hospital retirement celebratiom for Mr. Chuck Waters

Mr. Waters has served as President and CEO of Clara Barton Hospital for the last four years and is retiring after 38 years in Hospital Administration. A special reception is being held in his honor from 2 to 4 p.m. today in the Turnbull Safe Room at Clara Barton Hospital.
