A team of Rosewood Services Inc. employees raised nearly $1,500 during this summer's Barton County Relay For Life event, which was held June 8 at the Barton County courthouse square in downtown Great Bend. GREAT BEND, Kan. (AP) - A memorial fund has been set up for the children of a Reno County jail deputy and his wife who died in a motorcycle crash during the weekend.
The driver of a motorcycle was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita on Friday after rear-ending a car driven by a St. John resident, who was not injured, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
