Associated Youth Services, headquartered in Wyandotte County, will host an open house at its Great Bend office to acquaint current and prospective foster care parents and child welfare professionals with their foster care program for at-risk youth in south-central Kansas.
A fundraiser will be held for Jeannette Holopirek to help with her medical expenses. A pulled pork dinner will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Olmitz.
