Panther golfer places eighth at Dodge City

DODGE CITY - Great Bend's Kelby Titus gave away strokes on the final two holes to finish eighth with a 6-over-par 77 at Dodge City Invitational at Mariah Hills Golf Course. Titus is ranked fourth in the Western Athletic Conference with three WAC tournaments remaining. Titus has posted scores of 76, 77 and 77.

KINGMAN - Larned sprinter Shevin Martin clocked a winning time of 51.99 to capture first place in the 400 meters at the Kingman Track Invitational Tuesday. Martin placed runner-up in the 100 (11.76). Larned's boys scored 80 points to finish third.
