Kansas Highway Patrol George A. Sanders, 64, Stafford, was driving on a Stafford County road at 2 p.m. Wednesday and went off the road to avoid striking a deer. After-school film gives ‘how-to’ on dragon training
Great Bend Public Library will show an after-school movie at 3:30 p.m. Friday. In this feature film, a hapless young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons becomes the unlikely friend of a young dragon himself, and learns there may be more to the creatures than he assumed. This movie is Rated PG for sequences of intense action and some scary images, and brief mild language.
