Join Donna Krug, Barton County Family & Consumer Science Agent, for a three part "Successful Parenting" workshop. Some of the topics covered include: self-esteem, communication and discipline. KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Donald Keith Lowry proclaimed that he had lived the best life ever lived! He always maintained that his death would be much more sacred than his birth. Born Oct. 25th, 1928, Donald was the youngest of seven children of Homer and Verna Lowry and last decedent. Don achieved heavenly glory on Sept. 17, 2013. The Lowry family is reunited and restored!
League of Women Voters of Great Bend will hold the monthly meeting at noon on Tuesday, at Montana Mike's in the north room. Lunch will be from the menu and can be from their "quick serve" menu.
