A cement truck rolled onto its side Wednesday morning, 4 miles east of Great Bend on U.S. 56, injuring the driver. KINSLEY - A Kinsley man died after rolling a vehicle Tuesday night on U.S. 50, 1 mile east of Kinsley. Kansas Highway Patrol reports that Manuel G. Baca, 43, was not wearing a seat belt. He was taken to the Edwards County District Hospital.
Two men were arrested Monday for alledgedly stealing a four-bottom John Deere plow worth up to $2,500 from rural Barton County.
