The 10th Annual Great Bend Firefighters Run for MDA is set for June 23, with 5K and 10K runs starting at 8 a.m. in front of Fire Station No. 1, 1205 Williams St.
The sentencing of convicted murderer Adam Joseph Longoria that was originally set for June 8 has been rescheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 26 in Barton County District Court, in was announced Wednesday.

She knows of only one possible exception, 1952, the year she was born, when it may have began earlier. On Monday, Meier said the wheat harvest is about 50 percent complete.
