He was standing in ditch water on the west side of Highway 281 about a mile south of Hoisington - all alone and seemingly uninterested in his immediate surroundings. The fall prevention program will begin in Hoisington on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. The program is from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays for seven weeks.
