GLADSTONE, Mo. - A Texas woman accused in the shooting death of a psychiatrist in suburban Kansas City, Mo., Friday was taken into custody in Kansas. TOPEKA – The Kansas Supreme Court last week reversed Court of Appeals ruling and that evidence in a 2010 Rice County drug case was seized illegally. The high court's decision affirmed that of the original Rice County District Court decision.
