Chase All School Reunion
The Chase All School Reunion will take place from Sept. 22 to Sept. 24. Early registration will be at 3 p.m. on Sept. 22 at the Ramada (formerly the Plaza Hotel) in Hutchinson. Annual Hathaway reunion
The annual Hathaway reunion (family of the late John William and Reno Hathaway) was held June 18, at the Hudson Community Center in Hudson, with 55 people attending.
Scheuerman Reunion
The Scheuerman family reunion was held on June 5, at the Rush Center City Hall. There were 25 in attendance from the Conrad and Henry Scheuerman families. Mark Wills of Lenexa displayed family charts, pictures, and shared some of the history. He would appreciate families to share photos, memories, stories, and history by e-mailing to Mark B. GBHS Class of '76 reunion
The Great Bend Class of '76 will be having their 35 year class reunion Labor Day weekend 2011. A family day planned on Sept. 3, first taking a tour of Brit Spaugh Zoo and then immediately after a tour of GBHS to see the amazing changes that have taken place over the years. Hejny Reunion
The descendants of Adam and Clara Hanzlick Hejny held their annual reunion on June 5 at the Carl Soden Recreation Center in Great Bend. A potluck dinner was swerved. Hostesses were JoAnn Atkins and Shelly Brown.
Otis Rural High School Reunion
The Otis Rural High School all school reunion will be held July 29-31 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Great Bend. The years that will be attending are from 1925-1969. After 1969 the school became unified with Bison. Reminder post cards were sent in April. If you would like to attend, call 793-8023 for details and reservations. GBHS Class of 1943
The Great Bend High School Class of 1943 held a mini-reunion on May 5 at Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation, where two classmates are residents, Larry Bryant and Katherine Campbell.
Chadd-Searle
The Chadd-Searle Family Reunion will be held at 12:30 p.m. on May 29 at the Hudson Community Center. There will be a covered dish luncheon. Friends are welcome.
Scheuerman
The Scheuerman Reunion will be held at 12:30 p.m. on June 5, a the Rush Center City Hall on Highway 96. A potluck dinner will be held. Notify family members and bring your own table service. Drinks will be provided.
J.J. Unruh and Anna Dirks Unruh Reunion
The descendents of Jacob John Unruh and Anna Dirks Unruh gathered for a reunion at the Red Coach Inn in Newton, on the weekend of April 15, 16 and ended activities with the celebration of the 80th Birthday of Velorris Boese, the first cousin to reach that milestone on Sunday April 17.
The 8th Highlander Reunion and Car Show
If you were in high school between 1953-1963, you no doubt experienced The Highlander Drive-in formerly located on the Northwest corner of Central and Edgemoor.
