The annual reunion of family and friends of Conrad and Rosa Matal Scheuerman was held Aug. 4 and 5 at Camp Aldrich. The family gathered Saturday for a barbecue, swimming and games. Sunday activities included a church service conducted by Todd Scheuerman, dinner and swimming. The reunion ended Monday with breakfast at Perkins restaurant.
A reunion of the Mauler Family was held on Aug. 25, at the Best Western Courtyard in Great Bend. Co- hosts for the day were Paul Maneth, Ed and Sharon Mauler, and Larry and Karel Maneth.

The Great Bend High School class of 1958 will celebrate its 55th class reunion on Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Great Bend Knights of Columbus Hall, 723 Main. The 58th annual J. J. Michaelis family reunion was held on June 9, at the LaSada resort southwest of Russell. The event was attended by 49 individuals who enjoyed the pot luck dinner and visiting.
The 2013 Reichel Reunion was held on July 14 at the Township Hall in Rush Center. Hosts for the reunion were descendants of George Sr. and Mary (Krug) Reichel. Informal snacks and conversation on July 13 at The Front Door in Great Bend, kicked off the family gathering.
The annual Christiansen reunion will be held on Aug. 10 at the Larned Community Center, north of the National Guard Armory just off 56-156 highway. A pot luck dinner will start at noon.

The annual Tompkins family reunion was held on July 21 at the IOOF Hall in St. John. Twenty-seven members were in attendance. A carry-in dinner was held. Hosting the occasion were Mark and Doris Tompkins and Kevin and Laura Davis. During the business meeting, Don and Martha Tompkins were recognized for those who traveled the farthest. A picture session of the various families present was taken.
