LARNED - Lloyd George Lewis, 92, known to many friends and family as "Bus," died Monday afternoon at Hays Regional Medical Center, after suffering a heart attack earlier in the day. Lloyd would have been 93 April 27. The previous Saturday Lloyd had driven to his son's and daughter-in-law's homes to watch his favorite team, the Kansas Jayhawks, play the Colorado Buffaloes.

Born on Nov. 14, 1926 in Toronto, she was the daughter of Curtis and Frances Reynard Williams, Sr. A graduate of Fort Hays State University, she was a school teacher, teaching in Woodson and Ness County schools. On June 1, 1950 she married Earl P. Erb in Fayetteville, Ark. He preceded her in death on Sept. 26, 2009.
