LYONS - Edna Manke, 98, died Jan. 15 at the Rice County District Hospital in Lyons. Born Jan. 22, 1912, in rural Ellinwood, she was the daughter of William A. and Henrietta Lantermann Koch. She married Richard E. Tiede on Dec. 8, 1947, at Eureka Springs, Ark. He died Oct. 28, 1976. She worked for Smith International as a secretary.
