Brent and Marilyn Rensch of Great Bend will celebrate their 40th anniversary on May 22. A surprise party was held on May 10, in Wichita, hosted by their daughters, Amber Brokar and husband Jeremy of Bel Aire and Megan Appelhans and husband Jarod, of Wichita. They have three grandchildren, Madison and Caden Brokar and Emma Appelhans. A trip to Hawaii with family is planned for a later date.
Gene and Mary Ann Mazouch, of Great Bend, will celebrate their 40th anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. on May 11 at the CPI Annex building, 1809 24th Street in Great Bend. George and Mary Lee Winter of Great Bend celebrated their 50th anniversary on Dec. 21, with a family lunch at Perkins Restaurant in Great Bend and a reception at their home. Hosts for the event were their son Brad Winter and their daughter Lisa Vance along with husband Judd and granddaughters Sara and Erin. The couple was united in marriage on Dec. 21, 1963 in Hays.
