Well, it's that time of year again and the Annual After Harvest Festival is upon us. I hope everyone who chooses to attend the festival has a very enjoyable time and takes in every event made available to them. With that said, I believe it necessary to remind everyone who attends the After Harvest Festival to be aware that there will also be an increase in law enforcement during this time. There will be saturation patrols by the Kansas Highway Patrol and the Barton County Sheriff. So please don't drink and drive. Have a designated driver so everyone ...
