LARNED - Mix in a bit of matchmaking, an abundance of suitors, chaos in the kitchen, a lady visitor with conviction and a cause (civilizing the male of the species), stir in an officer and a gentleman, then top it off with a play within a play ("Trial and Treachery") and you have an evening full of fun, entertainment and laughter.
FORT LARNED - Everyone is invited to a historic program presented by the Fort Larned Old Guard on Saturday, April 25, at Fort Larned National Historic Site, funded in part by a grant from the Kansas Humanities Council. The programs during the day are free. There is a charge of $15 per person for the evening dinner and program.
