Pawnee County commission increases burial reimbursement

Candlelight Tours will begin to take reservations Monday

United Way winners

Julie Bugner Smith, United Way of Central Kansas, director, gave presentations to the fifth grade classes at the Fort Larned USD 495 middle school and asked students to compose a poster depicting the United Way and the 21 agencies they serve, and how they make a difference in the community. A committee chose several poster winners from each school. The poster winners presented their work to volunteers and companies that are involved and are continued supporters of the United Way of Central Kansas.
