Fell Foundation scholarships awarded

LARNED - Larned High School's Kara Amon and Liberty Turner and Sarah Hales of Pawnee Heights High School have been awarded Cliff and Nina Fell Foundation Scholarships. The 2011 scholarships provide $2,000 each for the three winners to be used in attending a Kansas college or university.

Commission discusses bonding companies
