Even though it didn't translate into a pair of victories, the Great Bend High School Lady Panthers had their moments during match losses to Hillsboro and Newton on Thursday night at Panther Fieldhouse.
Both Great Bend Bowling teams concluded their regular season on Thursday as they competed in the WAC Tournament in Garden City. The Lady Panthers dominated the tournament from start to finish. The girls squad captured 17 of the possible 21 points possible as they won the tournament. However, they fell just short of Garden City who was able to hang on to claim the Conference title.
