The Barton volleyball team has done its best to make last season a distant memory. It has been a very successful task. After all, Barton won just nine games last year. This year the Cougars are up to 24-9 overall under first-year coach Brandon Stephenson.

Barton men’s golf captures home meet to conclude fall season

The No. 15 ranked Barton Community College men's golf team broke away from a first round deadlock to win its own tournament Monday at StoneRidge Golf Course pulling out a six stroke victory in the Barton Invitational. Shooting consecutive team 295 score rounds in the 36-hole event, the Cougars out dueled Dodge City Community College in the second eighteen holes finishing at 590 to the Conqs' 596.
