LUBBOCK, TEXAS - The Barton Community College men's track and field team was a solid 3rd place this past weekend the NJCAA National Indoor Track and Field Championships. The Cougars scored 84 points in the meet for third.

Five to be inducted into 2011 BCC Sports Hall of Fame on Saturday

The Barton Community College Sports Hall of Fame will grow by five this year with the inductions of Tom Curtis, Trish (Gadberry) Wade, George Donley and Jim and Jo Ann Heaton. Those five will be inducted as the Class of 2011 during a 3 p.m. induction ceremony on Saturday at the Student Union on the BCC campus.
