First Kansas Bank is giving back. During the holiday season for every new loan and deposit account opened, First Kansas Bank made a donation to the Golden Belt Foundation "Pay It Forward Fund", administered by the DARE program. A presentation was held in Topeka as the Walmart Kansas State Giving Program awarded nearly $610,000 to Kansas nonprofits. Sen.
