KHOK afternoon air personality Phil Grossardt has been added to the sales team at Eagle Communications, Great Bend, according to Market Manager Randy Goering. In addition to hosting afternoons Monday through Saturday on 100.7 FM, Grossardt will handle sales accounts, voice commercials and perform other programming duties.

On October 14, Gray Television Licensee, LLC filed an application with the FCC to assign the license of KGBD-LD, Channel 30, Great Bend, from Gray Television Licensee, LLC to Knoxville TV LLC. KGBD-LD operates with 15 kW of power from a transmitter located at 38-24-22N, 98-43-19W.
The area's fastest-growing full-service animal hospital recently expanded its presence to the Ellinwood community. Animal Medical Center opened a new satellite clinic on Oct. 20, at 315 Santa Fe and hired a new team member to manage operations at this location.
