Employees were encouraged to wear purple, creating a powerful statement honoring the strength of battered women and their children and raising awareness.
Landmark National Bank "Dog For A Dog" event was held on Oct. 2 to benefit the Great Bend Humane Society. Approximately $800 was raised. Items were collected that the Humane Society needs on a daily basis such as 30 gallon trash bags, zip lock bags, paper towels, band aids, dog, puppy and cat food.
