Doris Spray, Great Bend, has made a substantial contribution to the College of Engineering at Kansas State University to establish the Orville "Butch" and Doris Spray Family Civil Engineering Scholarship.
"Tartuffe" a classic and well-loved French comedy is being performed by the Sterling College theatre department at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 3, 4 and 5 in Culbertson Auditorium on the Sterling College campus.

API offered two special scholarships this year to students majoring in either Geology or Engineering. API is trying to retain some students to graduate and work in the industry. The winners of these two scholarships were Anthony Cannata and Jonathan Schotte. These recipients were not required for one of their parents to be employed in the oil or gas industry.
